Marc Bosch spent three years building the cabins himself. He trained as a carpenter in the Pyrenees, worked in sustainable construction in Sweden, and came back to La Garrotxa because the volcanic soil and the beech forests reminded him of something he couldn't find anywhere else.
Each cabin is solar-powered, has a wood-fired bath on a private deck, and is positioned so that no cabin can see another. There is no WiFi by design. Breakfast arrives at 8am in a wicker basket left at your door. There is no other service — this is the point.
