Joan Miralles followed a simple idea — take an old Mallorcan property and turn it into a sustainable olive grove, woven back into the landscape and the island's ancestral culture. His family followed. Today they press their own oil and run the finca themselves, because no one tells the story better than the people who live it.
The estate spreads across 235,000 square metres — half olive grove, half pine forest — looking over the Randa valley. The gnarled olive tree on the terrace is around five hundred years old. Some of the stones underfoot are older still.
